Changes and Cancellations

Before the Drop Closes: You can request a size change or order cancellation only while the drop is still active on our website.

After the Drop Closes: Once the drop is closed and production begins, we cannot accept any cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
